Mental health therapy: Working through the emotions that make us human

If your NDIS plan includes Improved Daily Living support, you may be able to access our therapeutic programs – activities and therapy designed to help with your emotional wellbeing.

Trained therapists who care

Therapy is a powerful way to work through what you’re experiencing. With a counsellor, you can arrive at a new perspective and positive steps for the future. And often it’s a good chance to chat about whatever’s on your mind.

Telehealth can be extremely effective in the treatment of mental health concerns. We have embraced telehealth in our Therapeutic Supports team and can show you how effective it can be.

How art can help in your recovery

Express yourself in other ways – like art therapy. It can help access those feelings that talking can’t always reach. Art as a therapy is an enjoyable, creative process that helps us relate to ourselves and others.

Watch Sal’s story

Stride eased Sal’s nerves through the NDIS application process. After being approved for an NDIS plan, she has more support and more time for bowling and playing basketball with her friends.
